First of all you can't go anywhere in downtown Chicago and eat for less than $40 unless it's the rock and roll Mc Donald's which sounds to me like that would have been the ideal place for you. You obviously have no sense of humor. `ALMOST touched your food`? If it was such a terrible experience then why did you leave a tip? We are all entitled to our own opinion and mine is that it is a fun and unique place to visit for a good time. That is if you like to have a good time.- Is follow up to post by cdavis ...
I took my daughter today because I remember going years and years ago and I thought it would be a fun experience for her. The food was awful and as one other visitor noted, the atmosphere was a little bit too much. The waiter came to close to my food with his fingers and one of the waitresses said something offensive to my daughter which we still can't figure out if she was serious or not. We spent $40 (including tip) for two cheeseburgers and an order of cheese sticks and one pop. I would never recommend it to anyone who lives in Chicago.
